This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Vellora Shades and covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects related to materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at our discretion.

Products covered under warranty include:

  • Roller Shades
  • Zebra Blinds
  • Honeycomb Blinds
  • Shangri-La Sheer Blinds
  • Roman Shades
  • Smart or Motorized Shade Components (if applicable)

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects for the following components:

Fabric and Material
Covered against manufacturing defects such as abnormal fraying, stitching defects, or fabric inconsistencies.

Mechanical Parts
Operating systems including chains, cords, and internal mechanisms are covered against malfunction caused by manufacturing faults.

Motorized Components (if applicable)
Motors and smart control components are covered for defects under normal operating conditions.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or incorrect measurements
  • Misuse, accidents, or physical damage
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused during improper cleaning

Minor color variations, fading due to sunlight, or natural material changes are also not considered manufacturing defects.
