- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The product is returned with its original packaging and accessories
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the return or exchange.
Custom-Made Products
Most of our window shades are custom-made to fit your window measurements. Because of this, custom products may not be eligible for standard returns unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The product received is incorrect compared to the order
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact our support team and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Exchanges
If the size or fabric you selected does not meet your expectations, we may offer an exchange depending on the situation. Please contact our support team to review your request.
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will guide you through the return instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
